Booking Enquiry: Amsterdam to Budapest
Our Booking Process
Our booking process will involve you filling out the following enquiry form to assess the availability for your chosen tour. If your enquiry is accepted we will send you an email confirming your acceptance. If for any reason your enquiry is not accepted at this time we will let you know by email or phone. Reasons for this may include a fully booked tour or any special or physical requirements that we are unfortunately unable to cater for.
On receiving a confirmation of your booking you will be asked to fill out the confirmation booking form online. This provides us with all the details for you and anyone else you are booking on behalf of. You will be required at this point to accept the terms and conditions of 50 Plus Travel Ltd and to pay NZ$1,250 non-refundable deposit per person. The balance will then be invoiced to you based on your individual selections (such as room/cabin type, etc). Payment is due 120 days before the commencement of your tour, unless you are responding to a special offer. If travel is to commence within 120 days of the booking, full payment is required at the time of booking.
On filling out and submitting the confirmation booking form you are confirming your attendance on the tour and all relevant terms and conditions will come into effect including the conditions surrounding cancellations.
